2016-2017 Membership Renewals & Online Accounts

Posted on June 28, 2016 by NYWFIA Web Developer

Prior to the 2016 NYWFIA Training Conference, NYWFIA launched our new secure member portal.  All ACTIVE 2015/2016 members were imported and setup with an online account.

  • User names were all setup as “flast”, meaning first initial last name.
  • An email notice, including the default password, was sent out to the membership.

Please check if you have an existing account before creating a new account using a different email address.   To do so please use our Lost Password link.

Visit our Membership Page to Join/Renew!

Current members should log-in first, then choose Membership from our main menu.

New Members please visit our Membership page, then choose a Membership level to create a new online account with us.

2016 Conference Attendee’s & Renewals

As you know, 2-Day and Full Conference attendees are provided with a one year membership renewal.  Recently our new online system sent automated renewal notices to many who should have had their membership extended to 6/30/2017.    These notices went out due to the fact that most existing members did not sign-in when they registered for the conference, so their order could not be automatically associated with their member account.  We sincerely apologize for the confusion and erroneous notice, and are working to cross-reference and update all of these records.

UPDATE: 6/29/2016

All 2016 Training Conference attendee Membership account records have been updated.  There were 43 new member accounts created using the user name format noted above.  Email notification will be going out 6/30/2016 to those new members about their new online accounts.  There were 14 new member accounts that could not be created, as no unique email address was provided for the attendee when their organization “bulk” registered them; we will be reaching out to those organization as soon as possible to obtain valid, unique email addresses for those new members.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
